Personal Data Protection Policy (PDPL)

At Mazpak, ensuring the security of personal data, fulfilling our legal obligations, and protecting the rights of data subjects are among our top priorities. In this context, all necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure that personal data is processed and protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”). This Personal Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) has been prepared to explain Mazpak’s data processing activities, data security approach, and the rights of data subjects.

1) Purpose of the Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to determine the principles regarding the collection, processing, storage, transfer, and protection of personal data processed by Mazpak in accordance with the Law, and to safeguard the rights of data subjects.

This Policy covers personal data belonging to visitors, customers, business partners, suppliers, job applicants, and other relevant natural persons who communicate with Mazpak.

All personal data obtained through the website, contact forms, quotation and contract processes, digital communication channels, and operational activities are evaluated within this scope.

  • Project and Operational Information: Requests related to disaster, crisis, and field solutions; technical requirement definitions; quotation and contract records

  • Financial Information: Invoice and payment information (for corporate customers)
  • Visual and Audio Data: Camera recordings obtained during facility visits
  • Requests and Feedback: Contact forms and support applications

5) Purposes of Data Processing

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • Evaluating requests related to mobile and modular infrastructure solutions,
  • Managing quotation, contract, and project processes,
  • Carrying out production, delivery, and field support activities,
  • Managing customer relations and communication processes,
  • Fulfilling legal and administrative obligations,
  • Ensuring information security and infrastructure security,
  • Conducting promotional, informational, and marketing activities,
  • Performing internal analysis, reporting, and development activities.

6) Transfer of Personal Data

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law No. 6698, data subjects have the following rights:

  • To learn whether their personal data is processed,
  • To request information if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
  • To request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against them due to analysis carried out by automated systems,
  • To request compensation in case of damage.

9) Application Method

Data subjects may submit their requests regarding their rights under the Law through the application methods determined by Mazpak. Applications are finalized within a maximum of thirty (30) days.

10) Policy Updates

Mazpak may update this PDPL Policy in line with legislative and operational requirements. The updated policy shall become effective as of the date it is published on the website.
