Data that has been anonymized is not considered personal data under the Law and may be processed outside this scope.

  • To request compensation in case of damage.

8) Application and Response Process

Mazpak finalizes applications received from data subjects within no later than thirty (30) days. If deemed necessary, the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be applied.
